Delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

We do our best to deliver every order on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, holidays, courier disruptions, and other global events.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking details. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase — no questions asked.
Just email us at studiohauss@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."
Incorrect Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering so we can update it.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping information once the package is in transit.
Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Email us at studiohauss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
